1. How do I buy photos ?
When viewing the photo, click on the buy button in the upper right, above the image.

2. I was on a whalewatching trip and I don't see pictures from my trip.
As everyone knows a GREAT picture can be an elusive thing. Perhaps your naturalist's photos were not the quality expected and they did not post them. It is possible that they have not put them up on Killerwhale.ca yet. Please feel free to contact us at info@killerwhale.ca and we will inquire for you.

3. I feel uncomfortable giving my credit card number over the internet.
Our printer "Smugmug" is one of the largest quality photo processors on the web. They use the same encryption codes that banks use and they DO NOT keep your credit card number on file. While everyone knows that internet scams abound, we feel that your transaction and personal information will be dealt with the highest regard.

4. I do not have a charge card. How do I buy a photo?
Please contact us at info@killerwhale.ca and we will be happy to process your order in another manner. Please include the photo description and number of the photo.

5. What if I am not happy with my photo?

6. Can I buy the rights to a photo?
Yes ! We can put you in direct contact with the photographer . Prices start at 750.00 and range upward.

7. Why can't I download these photos for free?
Well, because everything costs something. Unfortunately the great World Wide Web has disassociated people from the fact that photographers have all the same requirements as other human beings ( Food , Shelter , etc ). Original nature photography takes skill , expensive cameras and a great deal of time. Trust me we are not getting rich!
